Responsibilities and Duties
Maintaining and ordering parts and equipment inventory
Ensure that engineers respond and close Alice tickets
Ensure that daily checklists and Preventative Maintenance is assigned and completed
Ensure Everything is in working order in Guestrooms, Public Areas and Heart of the house and maintained to brand standards
Maintain current HVAC certification
Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable
Requirements:
Ability to Work AM & PM shifts including weekends and holidays
Active HVAC certification
Previous supervisory/management experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
