*Fore Property Company* a privately held growing national development and property management company is seeking a *Maintenance Supervisor* to join our team at our Beautiful Class A Apartment Community, The Rey Downtown, in Phoenix, AZ.
As a *Maintenance Supervisor* you will perform service duties, supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance employees and vendors to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings of the property are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities include: Supervisor and mentor maintenance team.
Maintain supply and parts inventory.
Respond timely to service requests.
Share emergency service work on an on-call basis
*Requirements:*
* Minimum of 5 years previous multifamily maintenance experience required.
* Minimum of 2 years previous multifamily maintenance supervisor experience required.
* HVAC Certification required
* Experience in pool systems and operations
* Repair and maintenance skills, including painting/drywall, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical
* Ability to communicate clearly with staff and residents, both in writing and verbally
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Team player
* Must be hands on and available to work on call in rotation.
* Valid driver’s license and insurance
