Maintenance Supervisor - Phoenix Fabrication

Employer: Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Location: 402 North 44th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, 85043 Job Duties: Executing maintenance schedules and estimating worker hour requirements for engineering team; Inspecting mechanical devices and examining the form and texture of parts to detect imperfection; Supporting the engineering repairs and replacements on special functional and structural parts; Inspecting completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications and standards using engineering tools, equipment and supplies; Directing technicians to and engaging in painting and performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork and furnishings of building; Managing safety measurements on engineering activities to eliminate or reduce hazardous risks in the workplace; Providing health and safety training to support the engineering team to improve security measure; Utilizing welding systems to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of ABB robots and Fronius power suppliers; and Utilizing PLC programs for writing and debugging, problem solving, performing input and output debugging and troubleshoots problems in PLC hardware and software.
Requirements: The position of Maintenance Supervisor requires a high school diploma or its foreign equivalent and eight (8) years of experience in a related occupation.
Additionally, the applicant must have experience with: 1) Troubleshooting CNCs; 2) Komatsu presses; 3) Troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems; 4) Welding & fabrication; 5) PLC programing; 6) Logic ladders for automated machines.
