`Duties:```
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Train and supervise staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to achieve company goals
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software
- Familiarity with food industry standards and regulations, including food safety protocols
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with banquet or hotel food production is a plus
- Proficient in interviewing and training new staff members
