Director of EVS

Implements and manages productivity, quality tracking, and reporting to achieve the standards required by CMS and Joint Commission readiness and accreditation.
Provides direct oversight to Environmental Services supervisory staff to deliver best practices in sanitation, linen, scrubs, and disinfection for all GRHC locations and the Caring House.
* *Shift Schedule:* Day Shift with Weekend Flexibility * *Location:* Sacaton, AZ (Flexible traveling to Clinical Sites as well- Laveen & Chandler *Required Qualifications: * * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Environmental Health or closely related field.
* 5 years of experience as an Environmental Services Manager in a healthcare environment.
* Gila River Indian Community member preferred.
* Continuing CPR and AED training and certification.
* State of Arizona driver’s license with no significant violations during the last 5 years.
* Demonstrates ability to relate to diverse cultures and specifically the Gila River Community and/or other Native American cultures and community health services.
