Group Fitness Manager

*Company: Knockout Fitness* *Position Overview:* Knockout Fitness is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the Manager-in-Training (MIT) position.
This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in various aspects of fitness facility management, with a focus on marketing, cleaning, membership acquisition, and customer relations.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong passion for the fitness industry.
*Responsibilities:* * *Marketing:* * Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Knockout Fitness and increase brand awareness.
* Create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
* Pass out flyers, Set up booths at events.
* *Cleaning:* * Oversee and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
* Establish and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
* Train and manage cleaning staff to maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the gym.
* *Membership Acquisition:* * Actively engage with potential members and provide information about membership options.
* Conduct facility tours and effectively communicate the value of joining Knockout Fitness.
* Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed membership targets.
* *Customer Relations:* * Foster a positive and welcoming environment for members.
* Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
* Build strong relationships with members to enhance their overall experience.

*Training and Development:* The Manager-in-Training will undergo a comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of the position.
This includes on-the-job training, and mentorship to ensure a smooth transition into a managerial role.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15.
