Creations Boutique is opening expanding to Santa Barbara CA and is now hiring for a Store Merchandising Manager! Creations is a Arizona based boutique inspired by a global lifestyle & deeply rooted in bohemian influences.
We are looking for a strong Store Merchandiser to join our team.
Creations Boutique is looking for an experienced Merchandiser who will create a customer experience that is inspiring, unique and entertaining for our customers.
Partner with the Store Manager and team to analyze business needs weekly and set the highest standard possible for excellence.
Ensure appropriate feedback is given in order to build, and drive the business.
Build community relationships that enhance the Creations brand.
Store Merchandisers are detail oriented, has entrepreneurial spirit, a handy person, trend setter, trend seeker, creative, results driven, leader, analytical, strategic planner, & a personal stylist! Responsibilities: -Ensures all shipment is processed and placed accordingly in the store -Responsible for all visuals and back room organization -Generate and analyze sales and merchandise reports in order to drive sales -Maximize store sales through a strong level of customer service, business and key metric analysis and apply observations to merchandising strategies -Communicate build relationships in order to create a strong communication and teamwork.
Ensures a seamless balance of operational and visual priorities and to facilitate problem-solving -Utilize strong decision making skills and discretion to establish business objectives and strategies -Create and foster a culture that ensures the customer is the focus of all activities -Oversee and maximize store volume and profit in accordance with store/company goals through excellent staffing, top notch customer service and attention to detail -Ensure customer service, merchandising, and operational standards are met through company-defined practices and processes -Monitor results by creating short-term and long-term strategies, processes, and events that ensure a positive in-store experience for both our store team and customers -Use creative strategies to develop personalized training plans that build skills and expertise -Define personal leadership development by utilizing company tools, while also actively seeking feedback from the team members, peers, and leaders -Assist the store Manager with the daily schedule of employees and the business which can include interviews, hires, schedules, and disciplines employees Qualifications, skills, & knowledge: -1 year Store Merchandise Manager experience -2 years of management/supervisor experience in a retail setting -Strong sense of fashion and design -Strong communication & coaching/counseling skills -Ability to multitask -Ability to effectively delegate -Must be extremely self motivated and posses entrepreneurial spirit and a start-up mentality to drive business -Ability to drive sales through stellar customer service, excellent visual presentation, and full understanding of the business -Strong leadership skills -Ability to lift 50 lbs.
-Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may include closing and weekend -Open Availability Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
