Responsibilities: - Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Lead new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Provide assistance with employee relations matters and offer guidance on conflict resolution.
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain precise employee records and HR databases.
- Actively support HR projects and assigned initiatives.
- Contribute to the weekly payroll process through ADP.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in an HR, Office, or Administrative role.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
- Familiarity with processing Payroll through ADP.
