Duties:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and banquet services
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and maximize profitability
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising staff
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the sales team to attract and retain clients for banquets and catering events
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
- Manage inventory and control costs to optimize efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the guest experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or general manager in the hospitality industry is required
- Strong knowledge of coffee, bartending, banquet, hotel, catering, and food production operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and vendors
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and managing budgets
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
