Assistant Manager and Server

Assistant Manager, Server and Shift Lead Duties: Assist the Director of Operations in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow Wait on tables as needed for specific shifts.
Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary Close restaurant during evening shifts and make sure all closing SOPs are complete.
Open restaurant during morning shifts and make sure all opening SOPs are complete.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment Assist in creating and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop strategies for increasing sales and profitability Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs Experience: Strong leadership skills are a must.
You will be the lead for FOH team.
Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role Knowledge of banquet, catering, and food service operations Toast POS System a plus Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in kitchen management and inventory control Please note that this is not an entry-level position.
Previous experience in a similar role is required.
