JOB TITLE: RCM Analytics Manager
LOCATION: Remote
Travel % (if applicable): 5-10%
As the RCM Analytics Manager, you will manage a team of analysts dedicated to providing key Revenue Cycle and broad company insights in the form of MBOs, KPIs and ongoing special projects analytics to drive better revenue outcomes, patient satisfaction, and cash forecasting/flow.
Be a data curious self-starter willing to go deep into the process to understand the story via data and how it can be changed to positively alter future performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage a team of data analysts, quality analysts, and process engineers to drive people, process, and technology opportunities with the goal of enhancing Revenue Cycle outcomes.
Develop automated, intuitive and serviceable metric dashboards to highlight key insights and changes in historical performance.
Regularly assess team capabilities and talent gaps.
Build learning plans and growth opportunities within to grow capabilities and accurate, timely results and solutions.
Work across departments (both internal and external) and levels thereof to apply data-driven decisions to all aspects of the end-to-end process.
Develop and maintain offshore SLA and QA metrics to maintain high ROI and throughput.
Provide Daily, weekly & monthly reporting throughout all facets of the Revenue Cycle process.
Develop and maintain cash flow models to support accurate revenue recognition and highlight opportunities for improvement.
Support executive requests for data insights and recommendations for areas of opportunity.
Support ongoing special project analytics at discrete levels to increase company profitability and patient outcomes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
BS in Finance or Accounting preferred.
License/Certification:
Lean Six Sigma preferred.
Experience:
3+ years of revenue cycle and/or accounting background
3+ years of data analytics and automation
Vendor management preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.
