Description
Oversee every aspect restaurant / operations
Ensures excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectations
Ensures that the business is adequately staffed to meet guest needs
Manage all shifts, which include daily decision-making, staff support, scheduling and planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
Managing and overseeing inventory processes
Oversee P&L
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a manager in full service concept or bar.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, teaching and motivating a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.
