What we are looking for… Design Works Gaming is looking for an outgoing and attentive Commercial Manager to join our Commercial Team in Scottsdale! At DWG, our Commercial Team is responsible for business development in the domestic and international I-gaming (RMG) Real Money Gaming Market.
They do so by creating partnerships with industry leaders and working with the talented team at DWG to ensure delivery of product.
We seek candidates who are experienced in relationship building, project management, and with a passion to succeed in a growing market.
How you’ll grow… At Design Works Gaming, you will be a part of a close-knit team that are hardworking, data driven, and collaborative.
You’ll help liaison with other departments, propose ideas and solutions during planning with your team, implement big ideas, and then measure results.
If you have big ideas and the drive to make things happen, we want to talk with Your Role and Impact: Provide excellent customer service to all accounts and ensure direct reports have clear expectations for their customer service roles.
Generate new business within existing markets and new markets by the promotion of new concepts and ideas to clients.
Prepare multiple concurrent customer specifications and obtain timely internal and customer signoffs on an ongoing basis.
Manage Commercial Team through daily communications, weekly check-ins and annual performance reviews.
Act as a liaison between internal team and external customers.
Lead large-scale projects and collaborate with various departments.
Manage the flow of all other paperwork required to keep on schedule to meet the client’s delivery requirements.
Work with the Leadership Team and various departments to help identify opportunities, resolve issues, assist assigned clients in meeting their objectives, and assist in business development efforts.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and consultants to build a professional network.
Support company and department change initiatives Demonstrate ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Brainstorm creative solutions and ideas for the future of the Commercial Team.
Lead by example in all communications and presentations on behalf of DWG and the Commercial Team.
In office required a minimum of 3 days per week.
Travel both internationally and domestically, no more than 5 weeks per year total.

Required Qualifications: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work within a team as well as independently.

Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Superb attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to think outside the box.
Able to effectively communicate and work with all levels of staff.
Demonstrated success in providing top-quality customer service.
Proficient in MS Office applications with a focus on Excel and Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred Qualifications: 7-10 years in I-gaming and or casino gaming, managerial position Previous managerial expierence of team of 5 or more employees Background in Project Management or Administration.
Bachelors in Business or relevant experience.
Career-motivated and highly driven.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
