Job Description
Are you passionate about the spa industry and providing unforgettable experiences while obtaining the initial steps of leadership? We have an amazing opportunity to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment providing five diamond spa services to our guests.
As a Sisley Spa Attaché Lead, you are the first point of contact for our Sisley guests and Attaché’s, giving you the opportunity to shine and set the stage for an amazing experience.
Expected to dedicate a minimum of four hours per week to training and/or administrative duties as needed or assigned by management
Assist Manager in facilitating all Spa related training programs and ensure standards are followed for all Attaché’s
Ensure all training materials are up to date
Train all new Attaché staff
Assist with on boarding/new hire training/tasks and preparation
Training of standards/policies/procedures
Dealing with guest issues
Act as an internal performance evaluator, involved in facilitating training meetings
Partner with internal and external individuals to assist with training of product knowledge and protocols
Participate and assist in promotional, marketing, and site visits
Ensure all team member training, documentation and completion is accomplished in the required time frame
Develop/Write/Create SOP’s, training materials, handouts, and training information sheets to meet the needs of the spa
Assist with special events
Assist with FOH inventory
Liaison between FD supervisor and Attaché staff as far as communication
Map out training plans for individual employees as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience working in the spa or salon industry
Book4Time experience preferred
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Bilingual in Spanish is an asset
Basic computer skills required
Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess grooming guidelines
Constant standing and walking throughout shift
