We are especially interested in hiring a teacher who can work individually with students on various age-appropriate topics, from reading to science.
The ideal candidate will be able to plan both long and short-range activities in accordance with the curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice, and program philosophy.
Meet each child's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive needs.
Complete bi-annual assessment of children's development.
Maintain daily open communication with parents.
Maintain a safe and healthy environment, and meet all applicable licensing regulations.
*Lead Preschool Teacher Responsibilities:* * Formulating and implementing curricula in accordance with students' developmental trajectories.
* Documenting and reporting on students' progress at regular intervals.
* Adhering to legal and educational requirements to ensure students' well-being.
* Chairing meetings with teachers and parents.
* Liaising with other departments to facilitate the school's overall advancement.
* Representing the school to relevant stakeholders.
*Lead Preschool Teacher Requirements:* * Proven experience in curriculum development and implementation.
* Prior experience in teaching within this age group.
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Ability to mentor a diverse group of individuals.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* A passion for early childhood development.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.
