As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, assisting in managing a team of bartenders, and ensuring the highest quality of cocktails and service are consistently provided to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Leadership- Always leading by example, to motivate, and inspire our team of bartenders, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Train and develop bartenders on cocktail preparation techniques, customer service, and bar operations.
You will be a key holder and will assist in closing the restaurant when needed.
Bar Operations: - Oversee all batching, garnish preparations, and presentation of craft cocktails, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the cocktail menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.

Weekly Inventory: Inventory is to be done every Sunday PM/ Monday AM.
It is mandatory.
Other duties consist of monitoring inventory levels, weekly LBW ordering, managing stock rotation to minimize waste.

Creativity - Collaborate with the beverage team to develop cocktails specials using discontinued spirits.
