00 Salary
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm (flexible)
Location: Mesa, AZ
Primary Responsibilities:
• Participate in staff interviewing, hiring, transfers, performance reviews, staff disciplinary actions and training with the Human Resources department.
• Complete staff performance evaluations and competencies in a timely manner.
• Perform program and facility orientation.
Brief staff on A New Leaf Policies and procedures including professional standard of codes of ethics.
Maintain agency plan of services.
• Work with program staff to ensure that all reports and paperwork required by placing agencies are submitted in a timely fashion.
• Responsible for understanding and following agency policies and procedures regarding staff performance, leave, work standards, etc.
• Supervise, train and provide technical direction for staff; including, co-facilitation of weekly staff meetings.
• Meet with Site Director and Clinical Director as needed to review progress, problem solve and address issues relating to staff and program.
• Complete supply orders for Clinical Department in collaboration with Program Coordinator, assure completed time cards and that all forms are accurately forwarded to the appropriate departments before deadlines.
• Ensure the coherence and consistency amongst the entire Clinical Department in practice and documentation.
• Responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of the Clinical Department.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in social work with clinical experience in the program, or Master’s degree in psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science in which direct clinical experience is a program requirement, required.
• Must be independently licensed.
• Bilingual; possess effective verbal and written language skills in English and Spanish.
