JOB SUMMARY
The mission of the Program Manager is to make sure that the program department employees are supported and the facility is safe.
The Program Manager will reflect our passion for providing good care and a professional experience.
This person will thrive in collaborating with families and other departments while offering supervision and coaching to employees within the program department.
We serve as a resource for anyone who needs help finding the appropriate treatment for their specific set of needs.
You will also possess the following skills:
Program Manager Responsibilities
Develop client aftercare plans with counselors, clients, and their families while ensuring the client aftercare plan is complete, and coordinate with clients and family transition from facility to next step of care.
Provide supervision to all BHTs and program department employees.
Maintain a clean and safe facility and assist in overseeing compliance and operations of the facility.
Partaking in weekly team meetings to ensure effective communication between The River Source departments.
Oversee client activity schedules
Develop and maintain positive, supportive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Program Manager Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field (preferred)
1 year of management experience
High school diploma or GED
Experience in the Behavioral Health/Substance Abuse field
Must be at least 21 years of age;
CPR/First Aid Certified
Program Manager Skills Being Sought
Verbal and written communication skills (bilingual is a plus)
Interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a full calendar
