On-site Supervisor Job Duties:
Coach, train & support distribution center employees
Perform regular check in’s with employees & performance reviews
Facilitate a safe & harassment free work environment
Build relationships with department leads, supervisors, HR & Managers
Ongoing Safety training
Employee onboarding
On-site Supervisor Requirements:
2+ years of experience in supervisory or lead role, preferably in warehouse or distribution
Experience leading an inclusive work culture
Computer proficiency
Experience driving a high performing safety culture

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 4:00pm – 3:30am
Pay:
$22 – $27/hour
