Are you a passionate educator seeking a fulfilling part-time opportunity amidst a vibrant community of learning? Our growing Wise Classical Christian Homeschool program seeks enthusiastic cohort leaders to guide multi-age groups on a journey of discovery through the riches of the classical model.
In this role, you will:
* Lead multi-age groups: Foster dynamic learning environments where students delve into engaging activities across humanities, language, logic, science, and Biblical studies.
Each group meets twice weekly for two hours.
* Collaborate with passion: Team up with fellow educators to craft captivating lessons and extension activities that ignite curiosity and nurture intellectual growth.
* Embrace the classical model: Bring your expertise and passion for Socratic dialogue, hands-on exploration, and rigorous engagement to life within the cohort setting.
* Plan and connect: Dedicate one hour per week to collaborative planning and team meetings, ensuring cohesion and enriching experiences for every student.
* Nurture student growth: Provide attentive supervision and support during cohort meetings, fostering a love for learning and a sense of community.
* Bridge the gap: Communicate effectively with both parents and program directors, addressing questions and concerns with openness and clarity.
We seek leaders who:
* Hold a valid teaching certification.
* Possess a valid fingerprint clearance card.
