One Sentence Job Description “The Live Video and Media Director will lead our media team with state-of-the-art broadcast equipment managing and directing all aspects of live video production, including camera operation, lighting, and LED wall displays so people can connect with God in a distraction-free environment during worship services, special events and ongoing ministry.
” This defining position will offer opportunities to train and develop volunteers to assist with video production and ensure the smooth running of all media-related events.
This position works collaboratively with other departments to ensure that all media is produced to the highest quality standards and is in line with the church's vision and values.

A peak into the Cornerstone weekend experience… What you will do: Oversee the video production process for all live services, events, and broadcasts.
Manage camera operators and other media team members to ensure the smooth running of all live media activities.
Direct camera angles, shots, and movements to ensure that the audience gets the best view of the event.
Communicate with the audio and lighting teams to ensure that the overall production is cohesive and professional.
Ensure that all cameras and equipment are set up and functioning correctly before and during the event.
Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the live event.
Provide technical training and support to camera operators and other media team members.
Stay up to date with the latest video production techniques and equipment to improve the quality of the production.
Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure that the live media production aligns with the church's vision and values.
Ensure that all media content is recorded, edited, and stored appropriately for future use.
Support ministry spaces.
Experience you have had: 4+ years of live Production Media directing.
Served in a large church capacity.
Extensive experience in camera directing.
Proficient with Pro Presenter, Resolume, Timecode, Dante, Ross video switcher, Panasonic broadcast and cinematic cameras, Led Wall Mapping, Premier Pro, Clear Com, and other broadcasting systems.
Large remote video shoots.
Must align with the vision, values, and doctrinal statement of Cornerstone Christian Fellowship.
Skills you have: Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent attention to detail Maintains a high degree of accuracy while keeping an eye toward deadlines.
Cooperative team member who respects organizational policies and procedures.
