About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Management & Initiatives Senior Consultant (Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant) on the Merchant Services Team as part of Consumer Lending.

The Business Management & Initiatives Senior Consultant will own and lead Merchant Services division-wide business management activities and business initiatives.
Critical to the success in this role will require an individual to have strong senior and executive leadership presence.
This will include ability to create executive presentations on a regular basis, serve as a thought partner willing to offer alternatives and input, be highly adaptable to drive leadership direction efficiently, and confidently serve as a delegate or "second in command" to leaders within Merchant Services to help drive activities in a given function.
In this role, you will: Design, institute and lead formal governance and performance routines (e.
g.
, Quarterly Business Reviews) to improve accountability, prioritization, identification of trends/issues, and communication to executive leaders.
Lead annual planning activity including coordination of divisional priorities, investment requests, definition and tracking of OKRs (objectives and key results), and business case development.
Serve as the primary resource to lead ad hoc projects and the creation of executive presentation requests (internal + regulatory) that will be delivered to the Sr.
Executive leadership team - drive coordination and execution with key Merchant Services leaders and stakeholders to deliver consistent messaging and meet delivery deadlines.
Collaborate and consult with the merchant services leadership team regularly; Become a trusted thought partner and advisor to the Head of Merchant Services Lead or participate in large scale project efforts related to merchant services priorities and key initiatives.
Own independent analysis or provide feedback to Merchant Services leadership on strategic business cases, investment opportunities, evaluation, and approval process of identified opportunities.
Review and analyze business, operational, or technical assignments or require diagnostics and recommendations for long term, high visibility projects that will have material impact to the future productivity and profitability of Merchant Services.
Exercise independent judgment to guide the divisions most complex and highest-risk deliverables.
Engage cross functional team members to meet deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution.
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
Required Qualifications, US: 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Knowledge and understanding of organizational design Ability to play leadership role in large and complex analytical projects Experience with large-scale transformation initiatives Experience creating proposals and delivering to senior audiences Experience leading business performance routines and analysis Ability to discuss and understand business operations and strategy for variety of business groups Experience creating executive level presentations and reports for functional partners as well as senior and executive audiences Ability to gather, organize, and interpret data Experience developing effective data visualization and presentations that tell a compelling story.
