Lead Veterinary Customer Service Rep 3+ years vet experience required We finished a remodel earlier this year and are so excited for the changes! We might be what you're looking for! We are seeking a full-time lead client service representative.
Position Overview: Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, be a team player, have excellent telephone and in-person communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
They must have compassion for animals and their owners and understand the stress that patients and clients endure.
The applicant must have veterinary experience with knowledge of basic diseases, medications and their treatments, and preventative care recommendations.
The position entails basic receptionist duties such as answering phones, filing, making appointments, check-in and check-out procedures and great customer service but is not limited to these functions.
Compensation is dependent on experience.
