•The Kitchen Manager position comes with a starting salary of $50,000 - $60,000, including health insurance reimbursement, paid vacation, and bonuses
Qualifications
*A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably working in a breakfast restaurant *In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
Responsibilities
*Make sure the kitchen staff is following all of our policies, including food preparation guidelines
•Responsible to order supplies and monitor inventory levels
•Responsible for BOH schedule!
*Follows our recipe book
•Train cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of the food
•Monitors training processes
*Performs other duties as required by upper management
