As a PMO Scheduling Specialist you'll be responsible for schedule management and project coordination.
The position is responsible for assisting projects develop a scheduling process and schedule artifacts required to execute, monitor and control a project.
A PMO Scheduling Specialist should have a general understanding of Project Management domains and best practices.
They must be well organized, able to balance multiple tasks, work independently with minimal direct supervision, seek guidance as needed, and actively support PMO leadership.
They should have experience overseeing coordination across a team; and helping to define processes.
Work you'll do/Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project Report - The Delivery Pool leverages a Deloitte tools to accelerate report definition and streamline reporting throughout the engagement.
In addition, schedule health assessments are provided as needed based on client requirements.
Manages and execute schedule updates according to the Schedule Management Plan and performs scheduling meeting facilitation as needed.

As an integral part of our Delivery Center PMO Services Team you will join a community of practitioners who support multiple projects.
Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience with PMO processes and methodologies Knowledge and skills with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint); and Microsoft Project(Resume should reflect MS Project skills and responsibilities) Experience with Agile methodologies Ability to drive and facilitate discussions on scrum or agile best practices, workflows, and toolsusage Experiencedeveloping and creating project plans that display project milestones in accordance with SDLC and PMP governance guidelines Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time Ability to travel 10% on average, based on the work you do, the clients you serve and industries/sectors you serve.
Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
