This role requires proficiency in Excel pivots, data modeling, and strategic thinking to ensure efficient inventory management across our warehouse network.

*Key Responsibilities:* 1.
Utilize historic buying behaviors to maintain safety stock levels, employing advanced Excel pivots, diminishing demands and data modeling techniques.
2.
Collaborate with product managers to establish min and max safety stock levels across the warehouse network in the absence of historic buying data.
3.
Coordinate with multiple vendors operating on varying lead times to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
4.
Manage inventory balancing among several warehouses located across the U.
S.
5.
Develop and implement warehouse safety stock models to optimize inventory management.
6.
Conduct landed cost profitability analysis and prepare insightful reports for management review.
7.
Generate and distribute weekly/monthly reports detailing inventory levels, purchasing activities, and other relevant metrics to management.
8.
Oversee all aspects of purchasing, including order placement and confirmation of receiving.
9.
Conduct thorough audits of invoices to ensure accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements.
10.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
*Qualifications:* Ø Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Ø Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related roles.
Ø Expertise in Excel pivots, data modeling, and proficiency in using relevant software applications.
Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Ø Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ø Experience in generating and presenting comprehensive reports to management.
Ø Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.
00 - $65,000.
