Responsibilities:
* Learn the duties and obligations of the house manager role.
* Maintain a safe, productive, pleasant, and joyful environment for children living within SRH group homes.
* Implement, monitor, and document the daily schedule, interactions, and positive behavioral management techniques.
* Facilitate therapeutic, recreational, and social skills.
* Manage and supervise staff and resources.
* Adhere to agency standards of practice for clients, staff, and the public.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED (College Degree Preferred).
* Four years of experience working with children or 6 months experience working with children and post-high school education in social work or related field.
* Supervisory experience, preferably as a group home or program manager.
* Valid Arizona driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
* Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
* On-call 24/7 to provide support to staff and clients.
Qualifications:
* Ability to drive with valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record.
* Active and valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (Level One).
* 4 years of verifiable experience working with children or a 4-year college degree in psychology, social work, education, child & family development or counseling.
Working hours:
* Training shifts are Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday (Saturday and Sunday 8am to 10pm; Monday through Friday 1pm to10pm).
* Once promoted to House Manager role, shift changes to Monday through Friday from 6am to 4:30 pm.

Pay: $50,000.
