No experience necessary, but a great attitude, work ethic and caring about others is priority.
*What You'll Be Doing*
· Be the first smiling face that our guests see and make sure their appointments are all set.
· Listen to our guests’ needs and guide them to the right wellness services and products.
· Keep our rooms clean and private, ready for the next guest's recovery moment.
· Answer phone calls – book appointments, pass on messages, and direct calls.
· Step up when there's a hiccup, finding the sweet spot that turns a frown upside down.
