Sweetwater’s the nation’s #1 online retailer of pro audio and musical instruments is seeking to add a Human Resources professional to join our growing team as a Human Resources Manager (Distribution Center).
You will be an intricate part of managing Talent Acquisition, HR Policy & Procedures, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Conflict Management and managing career growth opportunities for Sweetwater’s brand-new, Arizona Distribution Center and Fort Wayne Distribution Center.
We are seeking an individual who is incredibly passionate about a creating amazing employee & customer experiences and building quality relationships with employees & hiring partners.
Sourcing and recruiting high quality team members will be a large focus of the role.

” Previous experience as a Director of HR or HR Manager is necessary.
What experience does the right leader bring?
Experience leading HR functions in an organization with 250+ employees
You are an expert in Talent Acquisition and think outside of the box for ways to identify and engage with top talent
Ability to manage high volume of applications, candidates, and employees
The ability to cultivate & foster a culture where employees are valued and appreciated for the amazing work that they do
Proven record in employee relations, conflict management & resolution
A deep understanding of what it takes to be lawfully compliant with company HR policies and local, state, and federal regulations
A desire and ability to see a project or idea from start to finish
Ability to prioritize tasks and projects
Experience in multifaceted HR related functions (sourcing/hiring, benefits, career growth tracking, payroll, employee relations, separations)
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a HR Management role where you were responsible for coaching, development, attraction and retention of employees
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
PHR/SPHR or other HR & Leadership related certifications are a plus
Bilingual (Spanish & English) strongly preferred

This is a full-time position that would require working on-site at Sweetwater’s new Distribution Center in Litchfield Park, AZ.
