_*RESPONSIBILITIES:*_
· Assist with onboarding of new Keys to Success team members, including the following:
· Review and train on use of Standard Operating Procedures for Service Delivery.
· Review and train on use of tools, documents, policies, procedures, and practices that guide daily work responsibilities.
· Ensure new staff are offered guidance with development and implementation of time and task management skills.
Provide suggestions and resources as needed.
· Enter new youth referrals into the Keys to Success database and continually review Career Development Specialists (CDS) caseload bandwidth to make new assignments.
· In partnership with the Program Director, monitor and manage the performance of the Career Development Specialists team – guide them individually on best practices and achieving individual and team performance metrics.
· Prepare and maintain reports and records, including personnel records and training manuals.
· Continuously challenge personnel to go above and beyond in meeting the needs of youth served.
· Recommend and develop standardized templates/forms to ensure job responsibilities are delivered uniformly and effectively.
· Meet individually with Career Development Specialists to address barriers to participant or program achievement.
· Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies/organizations that offer resources or support and ensure coordination of services.
· Work with the KTS Resource and Housing Specialists to identify needs for expanded community partnerships that will eliminate barriers to participant’s short- and long-term career goals.
· Train Career Development Specialists on use of career and education tools and resources.
· Provide feedback to the Program Director on internal or external events impacting the delivery of services specific to career, education, and case management services.
· Collaborate with the Program Director to assist with the ongoing growth and development of the program.
*EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:*
· Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field
· 5 years of previous experience in social work or a similar occupation
· 2 years of experience managing a team or leading a program
· Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills
· Ability to advocate for the interests of clients and navigate complex systems
· Strong time and task management skills and attention to detail
· Possession of a Level 1 Fingerprint clearance card or ability to get one after offer of hire
· Clean DMV record and proof of insurance
