*Subway Fresh Foods is looking for a full-time Manager to join our team in Tucson, AZ.
* *Hours:* *Monday - Friday * *weekends as needed* * *Based on experience.

*Responsibilities*: Manager with scheduling and directing all operations of the restaurant.
Work closely with the team to ensure that the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively in order to maximize sales and profits for the company.
* Maintain strict quality control over all food served and to ensure that employees receive proper food safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure that all food is stored properly at all times.
Ensure that employees are properly fed, clean, and exercised in accordance with company policy.
Ensure that employees are completing work duties on time each day.
Ensure that all employee schedules are in compliance with company policy.
* Perform opening/closing inspections of the restaurant as well as weekly inspections as needed to ensure quality standards are maintained and sanitation standards are met as outlined by health department regulations and city/county requirements.
* Complete weekly schedules on time and within allowed hours * Complete weekly inventory counts and paperwork in a timely manner.
* Complete deposits on allowed days Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ·Maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant environment at all times.
This includes keeping all floors, tables, utensils, equipment clean and well-stocked throughout the shift.
Ensuring that all foodservice equipment is cleaned and sanitized between uses.
Checking for signs of food safety or sanitation violations throughout the shift.
Reporting any such issues to management immediately so appropriate corrective action can be taken.
·Ensure that all staff are trained properly in the operation of food service equipment so they can provide excellent customer service when serving food dishes or utensils.
Ensure that proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times; maintain a clean work station area; keep work areas clean, organized, stocked, etc.
