Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Team Manager to join our team in Mesa, AZ; Berkeley or Hazelwood, MO; Dallas or Irving, TX, or Philadelphia, PA.
Position Responsibilities: Manages Procurement Agent employees performing activities related to committing company resources to purchase goods and services, developing supplier strategies, development of bid packages, proposal analysis, and development of contracts Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Provides oversight regarding negotiation processes and related tools Manages, develops and motivates employees This position is hybrid.
This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Current schedule estimates two days per month onsite.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years’ experience in a procurement role Negotiation experience in government contracting, terms and conditions, and pricing.
Experience with TINA, FAR, and DFAR compliance Experience working with suppliers Executive communication experience Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): NWP, SMPP, Gold Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Products Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
