```Duties```
- Manage daily operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures
- Oversee and coordinate the work of shop employees
- Train and develop new employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively
- Conduct interviews and assist with the recruiting process to hire qualified candidates
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for parts and supplies as needed
- Manage Inventory and Parts invoicing and billing to ensure accurate Accounting and proper GL and Billing Codes allocation.
- Communicate with internal customers and other departments to provide excellent service and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Implement reconditioning production strategies to meet or exceed production targets
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or customer service setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and customers
- Knowledge of Automotive Mechanics is a MUST
