ARIZONA GENERAL HOSPITAL Responsibilities The House Supervisor provides leadership to members of the hospital staff.
Acts as liaison between employees patients and their families.
First Call is responsible for receiving direct admissions financial screening and throughput of patients throughout the hospital.
Qualifications Required: Three (3) years experience in a nursing leadership role or charge nurse position in which supervisory and communication abilities have been demonstrated Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Must hold and maintain: 1.
Arizona or compact state RN license (RN) 2.
AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (CT ACLS) 3.
AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider (CT CPRBLS) 4.
AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (CT PALS) Good communication skills, excellent negotiation and conflict management skills Ability to organize, act, and make decisions in a timely manner Ability to work with people of all ages.
Knowledge of hospital administrative and nursing regulations and how to apply to nursing practice Pay Range $44.
