Semper Fi is currently looking for an experienced talented and versatile Inbound Lead Generation Specialist to join the team! This position is a high paced challenging position.
The Inbound Lead Generation Specialist plays a crucial role in the Marketing Department.
Under supervision of the Marketing Director and Leadership team of the company, you will work hand and hand to ensure that Semper Fi Heating and Cooling becomes the #1 HVAC Company in Arizona.
We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will come from a background in sales or lead generation and is looking for an opportunity to expand their career.
This position will be responsible for helping Semper Fi Heating and Cooling to book potential new customers and to keep accurate records.
The successful candidate will have experience communicating through SMS, Email, and Phone call as well as analyzing sales data, and we're interested in hiring an experienced professional who wants to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Possess working knowledge of the HVAC industry.
Develop a relationship with a new customer base.
Be able to efficiently book/schedule inbound customer leads.
Be able to present ideas to management/clients.
Determine how leads fit into the overall business model.
Be able to generate leads at a consistent rate.
Requirements and skills
HVAC knowledge is a PLUS!
Experience in planning, budgeting and executing events
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Team Management
Able to work weekends and evenings
Comfortable working in an HVAC environment, fast paced and constantly changing
