**Must successfully pass drug screen and background check upon employment** Job Title: Behavioral Health Residential Manager (BHT) Reports To: Program Coordinator FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly) Update: September 7, 2021 Position Summary: The Behavioral Health Residential Manager (BHRM) is responsible for supporting the Program Coordinator and Assistant Program Coordinator in maintaining facility operations during evening hours and on weekends and holidays.
The BHRM will be provided room and board that will account as part of the BHRM’s pay.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains a safe, private, clean, and healthy living environment for residents.
Assists residents with self-administration of prescribed medications.
Conducts room inspections, facility inspections, and reports findings.
Collects resident fees and writes receipts.
Maintains proper stocking levels and orders back office supplies.
Performs breathalyzer and urinalysis testing, as necessary.
Perform other duties, as required.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, 1 to 3 months related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of the 12 step program.
CPR/First Aid training, medication training and have a negative TB test.
Demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Other: This is a part time position that will generally be 29 hours per week Compensation; section 3(m) of the Fair Labor Standards Act permits an employer, under certain conditions, to count as wages, the reasonable cost of furnishing a caregiver employee with board, lodging or other facilities toward its minimum wage obligations, 29 U.

Due to Federal Contracts the following items are prohibited: Medical/Recreational Marijuana Current parole or probation While performing job duties, the employee is regularly required to sit and speak or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
