Program Manager

Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation Support the capacity planning and allocation of resources to projects Administration of project resources in Planview First point of contact for projects when setting up governance, assignment of resources, and approving data deliverables on behalf of our team Ensure effective project governance, to ensure delivery of the project and overall program/ portfolio objectives Maintenance of our core governance assets (IRM, Data Dictionary) Monitor compliance to governance with projects and hold project teams to account for required deliverables on time Assessing the requirements of the BT Consumer business with respect to its operational use of our personalization and decisioning platforms (including Oracle Real-Time Decisioning) linking clearly to commercial priorities and our marketing acquisition and retention objectives Assembling, coordinating, and directing a broad project team across multiple business functions to agree and deliver coherent and ‘fit-for-purpose' solutions on time and on-budget Planning and prioritizing changes with the BT Programme Management Group (CPMG) to ensure we achieve the best possible time-to-maximum value Be the first point of contact for non-BAU/non-low-impact changes that require end-to-end project management through the lifecycle into production and BAU – being a first point of escalation for relevant stakeholders.
