Implementation Manager
General Position Description
A leading provider of supply chain solutions to the healthcare industry seeks experienced candidates for the position of Implementation Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical skill set, positive attitude, willingness to work long hours, as needed, ability to multi-task and possess a pleasant customer-facing demeanor.
This position supports clients' needs regarding the implementation, installation, and training on all PAR Excellence Systems' hardware and software.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Installation activities of PAR Excellence products and ensure proper operation of technology solutions
Oversee Implementation Project Plan for assigned accounts, assigning activities to ensure achievement of all milestones on time.
This may also be in collaboration with a Project Manager on large or complex accounts
Work with Director of Implementations to determine implementation resources required and timeline to meet customer objectives.
Complete assessments as needed to support sales quotations or to assist customers in preparation for installation
Provide technology implementation and support of assigned accounts
Provide data analysis for PAR Levels, product descriptions and units of measure in conjunction with implementation
Provide clients product training for both hardware and software
Provide complete and accurate product order documentation with sufficient lead time to ensure on-time shipments
Work with PAR Excellence technical support to assist with resolving issues while on-site with clients
Create accurate drawings and related documents as required regarding each PAR Location installation
Maintain accurate and complete implementation plans, reflecting work complete and work in progress.
Train new technology Implementation Specialists assisting with projects
Lead, Coach, and Develop Implementation Specialists—either those assigned in the mentorship program or those working on assigned projects
Achieve 75% billable time to clients
Management Responsibilities
This role may have direct supervisory responsibility of Implementation Specialists while onsite.
Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing both assigned direct reports and assisting with those activities for Implementation Specialists working alongside them on implementations
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Excellent oral and written communication
Outstanding customer service skills
Extensive travel required
Required Education, Credentials and Experience
3 to 5 years of healthcare supply chain experience a plus
Healthcare Capital Equipment Installation experience a plus
Previous project management or supervisory experience a plus
