What you will do:
Responsible for supporting Branch Manager in all internal/administrative operations of the branch
Responsible for management of administrative personnel
Responsible for managing and supporting Branch accounting functions including, A/R, A/P, P/R, billing and collections.
Ensure continuous and successful implementation of business plans as directed by the Branch Manager
Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation
Accepts other duties as assigned

Who you are:
Minimum of 2-3 year of supervisory support or lead operational experience in health care (home health preferred)
Ability to lead by example, direct and coordinate multiple functions.
Ability to support growth of business and promote employee satisfaction and retention
Excellent reporting skills (including Excel) and ability to learn new technologies
