We are looking to hire the Branch Manager for our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ.
This role will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of a branch specializing in Keeley's paving services.
This role requires a deep understanding of paving operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth and ensure the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all branch operations, including project planning, execution, and quality control for paving projects.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's customer base and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities, prepare bids and proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of supervisors, project managers, paving crews, and support staff.
Provide guidance and training to enhance team performance and promote a safety-focused work environment.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering high-quality paving solutions.
Promote a culture of safety among employees and contractors.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to projects, finances, and client interactions.
Provide regular reports to senior management on branch performance and progress.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent work experience.
10+ years' in the paving, asphalt, concrete or related industries performing the similar primary responsibilities listed.
Strong leadership and management skills in directing an organization, department, or group.
Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite
