Job Type Full-Time: Exempt Shift Day Shift Hours 8:00am - 5:00pm / Monday - Friday Specialties / Licenses or Certifications N/A Work Setting Remote Salary/Hourly Wage $115,000 Our Position The Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition position plans, develops, implements and administers HR talent, recruitment and onboarding programs for company employees.
Additional responsibilities include development and integration of human resource programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.

Build talent pipelines for current and future position openings.
Lead all sourcing strategies by managing external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors.
Implement online and offline employer branding activities.
Manages a team of recruiter and sourcers to identify high-potential candidates and HR Generalist to complete the pre-employment and onboarding processes.
Identifies/incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
Oversees all stages of candidate experience including application, screening and communication with candidates.
Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
Assists in problem-solving on process improvement methods and standard work.
Implements smooth, speedy and efficient workflow in all areas of human resources and throughout the organization.
Coordinates with managers and their teams involved in workflow programs and related systems/processes to ensure successful implementation and ongoing maintenance and support.
Understands and adheres to RI International compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all RI International policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development required, Master's Degree preferred.
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding, lean and continuous improvement process management, project management.
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
Proven work experience in similar talent acquisition role/level.
Demonstratedexperience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills/expertise.
Ability to consult with different levels of the organization to determine what measures may be implemented to address needs.
Expertise in evidence-based methods of evaluating organization programs and initiatives to guide the best practices in multiple areas.
Demonstrated ability to conduct necessary program management within the organization through established leadership, facilitation and navigation skills.
Ability to partner with multiple levels within the organization.
Ability to travel out of state.
Demonstrated ability to develop company programs: sourcing, talent management, recruitment and onboarding.
Must have a valid driver license and be 18 years of age.
Must have the ability to walk, climb, stoop, reach, crawl, crouch, kneel, push, pull and lift a minimum of 10lbs.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication, with particular emphasis during telephone calls, follow-ups, and in-person correspondence.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines and regulations) and professionalism.
