Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team
Experience:
- Proven experience in technology sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong business development skills with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Experience in technical sales or account management is highly desirable
- Proficient in analyzing market data and identifying trends
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
Compensation 85K Salary OTE Starting Avg with uncapped commissions and downline
