Advisor Transition Services provides superior transition support to investment advisors who have chosen to custody their client business with Charles Schwab & Co.

What you have
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in advisor services transition support role
Excellent external and internal client communication and strong business writing skills (Required)
Implement, follow-up and proactively communicate status of work performed to internal and external business partners.
(Required)
Identify potential risk situations for each transition deal.
Must be able to handle own workflow with limited supervision.
Support positive relationships between the client and Schwab through successful internal partnerships (Required).
Previous experience with conversions or leading advisors through transitions
Strong knowledge of Schwab products, industry regulations, and Advisor Services procedures/practices.
Experience in delivering professional presentations to both large and small groups (Required).
Must be proficient in MS Word.
Excel, and AS operational/technical functions (Required).
Must be flexible and have ability to travel up to 30% (Required)
