00 per hour Responsibilities of the Front Desk Supervisor.
Communicate with the housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guests have their needs met Answer guests’ calls and build rapport Meet and exceed tenants’ expectations by anticipating the services they might require Maintain constant communication with guests in advance of events to ensure we’re prepared for them Report any accidents or injuries to senior management staff immediately Running the front desk Lobby of an establishment, inlcuding welcoming Visitors, taking theirs informations and providing the best room.
Requirements of the Front Desk Supervisor Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools and equipment of the industry Some customer service experience Prior experience with Opera PMS is recommended, but not required Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, stooping, handling and moving objects up to 10-20 pounds Polite and professional manner Ability to stand for long periods of time Availability for weekends and/or holidays may be required CSG Service Group, Inc.
