Technology Supervisor

Technology Supervisor Job Purpose: Main Duties and Responsibilities: Manage Information Technology and computer systems Establish a culture of technological excellence while maintaining a strong focus on operational sustainability Take a leadership role in shaping technology-supported at the firm Partner with the clinical teams to drive adoption and effective use of technology through innovative programs Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations Oversee the IT vendor relationship and have regularly scheduled audits to review outcomes Document policies and procedures for change control, communications, documentation, etc.
Oversee development and testing of comprehensive disaster recovery plans for all systems Establish and maintain appropriate monitoring and reporting tools, identify key performance metrics, and leverage data to inform development and training activities Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems Oversee the IT project portfolio and participate as necessary to ensure timely delivery of quality products and services Develop and track the IT department budget Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology required, master’s degree preferred Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in proving technology solutions.
Experience in a healthcare setting a plus Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and installation Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions from complex technical material and other inputs Experience with process improvement and documentation Excellent project management and organization skills Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills Highly collaborative and able to build trusting relationships across a diverse workforce Adept at leading change in a complex and geographically dispersed organization Capable leader, advisor, mentor, and coach; someone who motivates and inspires Denova Collaborative Health is an integrated primary care and behavioral health practice based in the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area.
