*WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE* * Master's degree in the Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Social Work) with three (3) years of directly related experience is desired * Computer literacy is required * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred * Certification or certification eligibility as an LCSW, LPC, Psy.

* Leadership/Management experience preferred * Holds active Supervision Certificate and is an AZBBHE approved clinical supervisor * Excellent working knowledge of behavioral medicine and evidence-based treatments for medical and mental health conditions.
* Working knowledge of CMS/AHCCCS guidelines and regulations * Ability to make quick and accurate clinical assessments of mental and behavioral conditions.
* Ability to provide the BH staff with clinical support * Should be comfortable working with an interdisciplinary team, and have strong communication skills.
* Good knowledge of psycho-pharmacology * Ability to design and implement clinical pathways and protocols for treatment * Certification to perform cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for the Health Care Professional (CPR) and AED through courses that follow the guidelines from the American Heart Association and Red Cross (cognitive and skills evaluations) * Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety for all specialty behavioral health locations * Valid Arizona drivers license *Position Responsibilities* * Provides supervision and support to the specialty behavioral health team.
* Is an active clinical member of the Behavioral Health team and is able to provide direct patient care as business needs require * Maintains all credentials and privileging requirements of an active Behavioral Health Provider * Ensures the effective integration of specialty behavioral health care with primary care * Provides and documents supervision of behavioral health team members in need of clinical hours for licensure * Identifies, shares and implements best practices related to primary care-behavioral health integration * Ensures compliance with state and behavioral health plan requirements * Supports the development and implementation of training activities related to specialty behavioral health * Works closely with quality, Population health staff, Clinic Operations staff to facilitate the collection, reporting and presentation of program data * Runs reports to gather data for the department and measure staff productivity * Maintains effective working relationships with agency staff and clients * Complies with Equal Employment Opportunity, Americans with Disabilities Act, Affirmative Action Plan and other applicable employment laws and regulations in the supervision of staff * Does chart review for quality of care * Organizes a peer review process for the specialty behavioral health team * Ensures the behavioral health program is in compliance with clinical and legal obligations Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Retirement plan * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Schedule: * Day shift Education: * Master's (Preferred) License/Certification: * LCSW, LPC, Psy.
