We are currently hiring a Facilities Service Manager to join our team and contribute to our goal of delivering exceptional cleaning services to our customers in the Phoenix metro area.
As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the cleaning and project operations across multiple customers and buildings within your designated territory.
You will be our valued customers' primary point of contact, ensuring their satisfaction while driving retention and business growth over your assigned territory.
To excel in the Facilities Service Manager role, exceptional customer service skills, effective communication, and strong organizational abilities are essential.
You will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with customers and our team of subcontractor companies.
Building and maintaining these connections will be vital to achieving operational excellence and delivering the highest level of service.
The Service Manager position offers flexibility in terms of scheduling.
While an average workweek of 40-50 hours is standard, please note that there is no fixed schedule.
Typically, our Service Managers work Monday through Friday, starting around 6 a.
m.
However, this can vary depending on the day's requirements and unforeseen customer circumstances.
Occasional weekend and night availability may be necessary, reflecting our commitment to providing a comprehensive service to our customers.
It's important to emphasize that this role is not a traditional "9 to 5" position.

*Job duties include:* * Cultivating and nurturing professional relationships with customers, employees, and contractors to foster a positive working environment.
* Conducting regular customer visits and inspections of buildings to assess cleanliness and address any potential issues promptly.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of service providers and contractors to ensure adherence to the scope of work, quality, and safety standards.
* Scheduling and conducting customer service visits to develop relationships, gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
* Promptly responding to customer requests or issues and following up to ensure timely resolution and exceptional customer service.
* Ensure the successful startup of new accounts in the territory, ensuring a smooth sales-to-service transition and exceptional service for new customers.
* Developing and implementing effective facility management strategies, procedures, and processes to enhance operational productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
* Managing additional project work, consumables, and contract services to maximize territory base business growth opportunities.
* Compiling and submitting territory reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
* Managing the procurement, inventory, and organization of consumables and supplies necessary for cleaning operations.
* Continuously seeking out business efficiencies, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions.
* Promoting teamwork and collaboration among the team to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
* Other Facilities Service Management duties as required by the Service Director.

* Experience in customer service in a B2B industry * Excellent direct and indirect leadership and team management skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
* Valid IVP (Identity Verified Print (card or be eligible to get one) * Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record Job Type: Full-time Pay: $68,000.
