Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager looking for a "cool" new opportunity? Then we have the perfect position for you at a cold storage distribution center in Downtown Phoenix! This is a Direct Hire Warehouse Manager position, overseeing teams of 10-15 employees.

Warehouse Manager RESPONSIBILITIES::
• Manage daily warehouse operations.
• Manage staff including recruiting, training, onboarding, coaching and discipline.
• Process timesheets and time off requests for personnel.
• Drive process improvement and standardization across all locations.
• Ensure effective and safe use of equipment.
• Safely operate a forklift and train and certify warehouse personnel as needed.
• Conduct safety meetings monthly with warehouse team.
• Develop performance goals and objectives to ensure accuracy, quality and customer expectations are met.
• Create and maintain training logs and safety check lists .
• Cover responsibilities when associates have scheduled time off.
