Highland Cabinetry is exploding with opportunity for experienced Supply Chain Fulfillment Director Our company manufactures quality products and is a leader of Wholesale Cabinetry.

Working as Supply Chain Fulfillment Director, the objective is to provide a seamless process of all inbound inventory between warehouses and proper stocking techniques.
The ideal candidate will have a captivating personality and an impressive work ethic.
They will be able to appropriately execute current procedures and affectively evaluate and implement new procedures to ensure proper movement of all inbound inventory and stocking.
Position Responsibilities • Supervision of Stocking & Receiving Department • Coordinate with President on fulfillment projections.
• Create and produce intelligent real time projections on inventory needs specifically for the fulfillments for 1 month , 3 months, & 6 months.
• Development of proper physical workflows of inventory movement throughout the fulfillment center(Broadway).
• Development of SOPs for Stocking & Receiving department.
• Sustain proper inventory levels of all SKUs at the Broadway location.
• Hire, train, support, and discipline team members as necessary.
• Conduct meetings to discuss performance, progress and improvement plans as well as update executive leadership on warehouse systems.
• Ensure all necessary departmental reports are maintained and sent daily.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Director and Director of Operations to create systems and processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Communicate out-of-stock items that are currently depleted in all warehouses to the President and Owner • Check on the quality and accuracy of team members’ day-to-day job responsibilities and actions.
Position Requirements 4-5 years experience in Stocking and Receiving ManagemenT 1+ years experience with Oracle NetSuite Proficent with Microsoft Office Suite Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance
