Fine Art Framing Manager

*Fine Art Framing Manager* Lead the operation of the Fine Art Framing and Fabrication department.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* • Art and photography framing, cut glass, mount artwork, chopping & joining, mat cutting, stretch canvases, Inventory control, ordering supplies as needed.
• Develop, coach, and cross train the team in all aspects of the department.
• Leads the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to our customers on time by planning workload and scheduling the team and individuals.
• Manage and execute the inventory management processes.
• Assist with interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, observing and training of new Team members; support with Talent Development activities; participate in Performance Mgmt.

• Set daily expectations of framing team.
*Key Qualifications:* * Superior leadership skills.
* Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to lift heavy objects.
*Education & Experience:* * 2+ years of management experience and leading a team.
* Fine Art Framing: 2 years (Required) * Management: 2 years (Required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.
00 - $65,000.
